Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily additionally realize a positioning function even in a portable motor-driven tool by providing a positioning controller of a small shape with a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A motor 2 coupled directly with a phase controller 3 and an encoder 11 is connected in series with an AC power source 1. A gate firing circuit 5 of the controller 3 is controlled by a microcomputer 4 according to a predetermined processing procedure in synchronization with the signal output of a zero-crossing circuit 10 of the power source 1, the motor 2 is half-wave phase-controlled to be reversely rotated and controlled to be positioned.
