Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the mutual interference among plural positioning units by adding an encoder to the servo motor of each positioning unit to detect the stop position of the unit in the absolute value and connecting each encoder to a sensor switch circuit having a different power supply from that of the servo motor. CONSTITUTION:The brakes B1-B6 are provided to the servo motors M1-M6 of positioning units U1-U10 respectively to damp the motors M1-M6 in response to a case where these motors are de-energized via a power switch circuit 6. At the same time, the encoders E1-E6 are also added to the motors M1-M6 to detect the stop positions of these motors in the absolute values. The encoders E1-E6 are connected to a sensor switch circuit 11 having a different power supply from that for those servo motors. Thus these motors are surely stopped by the brakes B1-B6 respectively so that the servo rigidity is maintained. In addition, the encoders can always monitor the position information on the motors M1-M6 despite the break of the power supply of these motors. As a result, the occurrence of mutual interference can be avoided among those units U1-U6.
