PURPOSE: To enhance accuracy in positioning as well as to facilitate embedding operations by employing a positioning plate for anchor bolts for the foundation of a dwelling house which is industrialized based on a reference module.

CONSTITUTION: An anchor bolt positioning plate 5 composed of an L-shaped plate main body 5a which is of the same dimension of L identical to the foundation 10 in the whole width. In the second place, anchor bolt insertion holes 5b are provided for the plate main body 5a while being aligned with each anchor bolt 2 in position in such a way that one is provided at a position parted by the length of d1 which is the sum of 1/8 module and 1/2 of a wall thickness on the module center line X-Y, and the other is provided at a position parted by the length (d) of 1/8 module from the module center line X-Y on the module center line W-Z. And when the anchor bolts 2 are inserted, the shape of each hole is formed in such a way that each bolt is enclosed by plural slices 5c which elastically make contact with the outer circumference of the bolt.
