Abstract:
PURPOSE: To position a ring gear in the joint between a drive plate and a ring gear of a transmission for automobile.
CONSTITUTION: Trim working and bending work 3 are carried out at plural places on the outer peripheral part of a drive plate 1, and positioning joint is carried out by the edge surface 4 for bending work and the inside surface of a ring gear, and the dimension of the bending work part can be formed correctly by forming a projection on an upper mold and carrying out pressing by a lower mold, during the bending work.
