Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electrode plate for battery capable of enhancing the output characteristics of a battery, and to provide an alkali storage battery, and a method of manufacturing a positive electrode plate for battery.SOLUTION: In a positive electrode plate 15 where a base material 25 consisting of a three-dimensional porous body is filled with a filler 26 containing an active material, the skeleton density of the three-dimensional porous body in a central layer, when the positive electrode plate 15 is equally divided into five in the thickness direction thereof, is 1.5-3 times that of the three-dimensional porous body in at least one of two outermost layers located on the outermost side.
