Abstract:
To provide a post-processing device capable of suppressing deterioration of processing property of transportation failure of a sheet, even when having a transportation route correction structure for improving overlapping accuracy of sheet end parts.SOLUTION: A post-processing device has: first transportation means for transporting sheets transported along a first transporting route to the downward side; second transportation means for transporting the sheets along a second transporting route; and third transportation means for transporting the sheets along a third transporting route. The sheets are circulated in the order of the first, second and third transportation routes, and the multiple sheets are overlapped. A transportation route correction member is provided for directing a transportation direction of the sheets transported from a circulation route to the first transportation means, when joining from the third transportation route to the first transportation route. The transportation route correction member has a retreating mechanism allowing retreating from a joining position where the third transportation route joins to the first transportation route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
