To stably support a post processing part without complicating a structure in a configuration in which the post processing part is supported by a leg.SOLUTION: A post-processing device 200 that performs post-processing on a medium received from a recording device 10 includes: a post-processing part 60 that performs the post-processing; an installation part 112 arranged below the post-processing part 60 in a direction of gravity; a first leg part 106 fixed to the installation part 112 and extends from the installation part 112 toward the post-processing part 60; a second leg part 108 fixed to the installation part 112 at a different position from the first leg part 106 and extends from the installation part 112 toward the post-processing part 60; a control part 201 that controls an operation of the post processing device 200; and a control part support part 202 that supports the control part 201 and connects the first leg part 106 and the second leg part 108.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
