PURPOSE: To easily produce a postcard with photograph in a processing laboratory or the like without a complicated adhesive applying process or a laminating device by a method wherein a rear surface of a postcard and a rear surface of developed phographic paper are thermally bonded to each other through a thermally active adhesive layer previously applied to the rear surface of the photographic paper by extrusion coating and specified in melt flow rate.
CONSTITUTION: A thermally active adhesive layer in use is provided by extrusion coating using an adhesive having an MFR value of 0.7-100g/10min, pref. 1-80g/10min, in accordance with JIS-K7210. An adhesive having an MFR value not more than 0.7g/10min is hardly applied by extrusion coating because of its high viscosity. On the contrary, an adhesive having an MFR value not less than 100g/10min cannot be stably applied at a high speed by extrusion coating. Furthermore, it has high loadings of a low-molecular component, such as a wax, in composition, thus having possibility of bleeding on a surface of a postcard or a surface of photographic paper. In addition, a possibility of generating an interlaminar release at an adhesive layer between a postcard C and photographic paper A is raised at a summer high temperature (40-60°C).
