The apparatus refers to an evaluation data holding part to extract the category corresponding to the evaluation data, and calculates as total data the total of posting data classified into the category and the total of posting data classified into the category which have been updated after receiving the evaluation data in the category. The apparatus receives a request for category data representing a list of categories, sends the category data, and if any evaluation data have been received, sends the total data on the category corresponding to the evaluation data.
