Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage such as missing, by avoiding interference of a corner part 16 of a cutting edge of an adjacent broach blade, in a pot broach for broach-processing a workpiece having a missing tooth.SOLUTION: A pot broach 1 is integrated by installing a broach blade 5 in respective grooves, by assembling a doughnut-shaped divided holder 2 having a plurality of grooves 4 formed in the radial direction from an inner peripheral edge 3, in large numbers in the longitudinal direction, and a first broach blade 5c fitted to/inserted into a first groove 4c of the respective grooves, can move in the longitudinal direction and the radial direction in a state of being not fixed by a fixing member 6. A second broach blade 5d fitted to/inserted into a second groove 4d adjacent to the first groove can move in the longitudinal direction in a state of being not fixed by the fixing member, but is made immovable to the inside in the radial direction so as not to excessively interfere with a blade part 12c of the first broach blade, and the blade parts 12c and 12d integral with the first and second broach blades are also formed. A plurality of blades are further alternately arranged in the circumferential direction.
