Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain good characteristics such as elimination of scattering of solder wastes onto a board, by providing a contact portion between a resistor terminal and a connector terminal outside of a cover range of a first cover, and providing a second cover in such a manner as to cover the contact portion and the first cover.
SOLUTION: After the inner side surface of a spring 51 is inserted into a case 31 in such a manner as to contact the outer peripheral surface of a holding portion 43 of a rotor 39, the upper surface of the spring 51 is covered with a first cover 49, and an abutment portion 59 between the first cover 49 and the case 31 is melted and welded by an electric iron or the like. Then, a resistor terminal 47 of a board 45 and a connector terminal 35 of the case 31 are electrically connected with each other by soldering. In addition, a second cover 53 covers the first cover 49 in such a manner that a protrusion 57 of the second cover 53 is abutted against the upper surface of the first cover 49, and the second cover 53 and a second abutment portion 61 of the case 31 are melted and welded by an electric iron or the like. Finally, the abutment portion 61 is sealed by a sealing resin 58.
