PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a knob section from being fusion bonded on the outer peripheral face of a mouth section even in the case the retort sterilization is carried out in the state that the knob section of an inner seal is folded between the mouth section of a spout and a screw cap.
SOLUTION: A pouch container with a spout is provided with a bag-shaped container main body, a spout 20 so installed as to protrude a cylindrical mouth section 22 on the container main body, a rectangular inner seal 40 for closing the opening end of the mouth section 22 by being heat sealed releasably on the opening end of the mouth section and a screw cap 30 installed removably on the mouth section 22 by being screwed into a male screw 24 formed on the mouth section 22, and a clearance L, in which a thread of the male screw 24 on the side of the spout 20 wherein the screw cap 30 is screwed is formed high so that a protruded section (knob section) 41 of the inner seal 40 to be folded on the outer peripheral face side of the mouth section 22 is not pressed to the mouth section 22 by the screw cap 30, is formed.
