PURPOSE: To take out contents without removing a cap.

CONSTITUTION: An opening 9 is provided to the top face 8 of a cap 2, and a male-screwed cylindrical part 11 with a screw 10 running in the same direction as and in the pitch larger than a screw 6 provided to the outside of a pour spout body 1, to which the cap 2 is screwed on, provided to its outside is provided in projection and in coaxially to the reverse side of the top face 8 of the cap 2. The lower end of a pouring-out tube 3 is closed, and a through hole 19 is provided to the side on the lower part of the tube. The pouring-out tube 3 is inserted between the pour spout body 1 and the male-screwed cylindrical part with a screw 16 to be screwed onto the screw 10 of the male-screwed cylindrical part 11 provided to the inside of its upper part and an indented engaging part for preventing turning provided between the inside of the pour spout body 1 and the upper part thereof. As the cap 2 is turned for unscrewing, the pouring-out tube 3 turns in the reverse direction in a stroke larger than the amount of unscrewing of the cap 2 and projects to the inside of a container 4, making the through hole 19 of the pouring-out tube 3 communicate with the inside of the container 4, and thereby contents can be taken out through the opening 9 of the cap 2.
