Title:
POURING MACHINE TO CASTING MOLD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3240400
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten pouring cycle to respective casting molds and to improve production efficiency by eliminating operations to ladle and carry molten metal by a crucible.
CONSTITUTION: This pouring machine has a storage tank 22 into which the molten metal M of the pouring amt. for n-times is introduced via a valve stem 24 from the bottom of a furnace 21, a pouring tank 23 into which the molten metal M of the pouring amt. for one time is introduced via a metering valve 25 from this storage tank 22 and a pouring valve 26 which opens and closes the front end of this pouring tank 23. The molten metal M introduced into the storage tank 22 by closing the metering valve 25 and opening the valve stem 24 is introduced by as much as the pouring amt. for one time into the pouring tank 23 by closing the valve stem 24 and the pouring valve 26 and opening the metering valve 25. The molten metal M is poured into the casting mold 11 by closing the metering valve 25 and opening the pouring valve 26. The pouring amt. for the n-times is again introduced from the furnace 21 into the storage tank 22 after the pouring of n-times is executed.
