PURPOSE: To raise the performance of sieve as well as prevent the loading of sieve by passing powder through the sieve screen by means of centrifugal force by turning the powder inside a net cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A powder paint is supplied pneumatically into an inner cylinder 4 from an inlet pipe 11, and dropped while swirling inside the cylinder 6 of the inner cylinder 4 because the powder paint is supplied in a biased manner into the upper part of the inner cylinder 4. Thus, fine particles capable of passing through the sieve screen are sieved into a space 5, go down in the space 5, is supplied to a cyclone 15 through a fine particles takeout pipe 14, and then taken out after being separated from air. Also, coarse particles incapable of passing through the sieve screen go down inside the inner cylinder 4, is supplied to a cyclone 17 through a coarse particles takeout pipe 16, and then recovered after being separated from air. Thus, since swirl flow is formed by powder supplied into the inner cylinder, the classification of powder can be effectively performed.
