Abstract:
To provide a powder coating composition which is excellent in blocking resistance and low-temperature curability and is excellent in scratch resistance and smoothness when formed into a coating film.SOLUTION: The powder coating composition contains: a blocked isocyanate derived from a triisocyanate compound represented by the following general formula (I) and a blocking agent; and a hydroxyl group-containing fluororesin. (In the general formula (I), a plurality of Y1's each independently represent a C1-20 divalent hydrocarbon group; and R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-12 monovalent hydrocarbon group.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
