Abstract:
To obtain a powder coating material composition which has a high practicability, excels in the smoothness, in scratch resistance and in recoating properties of the coated film.
This powder coating material composition comprises, as the essential components, an epoxy group-containing vinyl copolymer having a glass transition temperature of ≥40°C, a cellulose ester, an epoxy group- containing vinyl copolymer having a glass transition temperature of ≤0°C and a polyvalent carboxylic acid.
