Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder coating material capable of obtaining a coating film having resistance to staining even in a curing system in which a large amount of hydroxy groups is present.
SOLUTION: The powder coating material composition having excellent resistance to staining comprises a methylalkyl silicate compound having a ratio of the methyl group to a 2-6C alkyl group of 50/50 to 98/2, a binder resin, and a curing agent, and hydroxy groups participate in the curing system composed of the above binder resin and curing agent, and a coating film-forming method uses this powder coating material composition.
