To provide a powder coating capable of forming a thin film, by making good use of characteristics inherent in a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin, and therefore capable of realizing cost reduction and increase in uses, to provide a method for producing a fine powder and the powder coating, to provide an apparatus for producing the fine powder, and to provide a method for coating the powder coating.
This powder coating comprises the PET resin having an average particle diameter of 10-30 μm and a non-crystalline polyester added in an amount of 2-10 wt.% based on the PET resin. The powder coating preferably comprises a fluidization promoting agent added in an amount of 0.5-1.5 wt.% based on the PET resin. Further, the powder coating preferably comprises a defoaming agent added in an amount of 0.5-1.0 wt.% based on the PET resin.
