PURPOSE: To obtain a powder coating material having remarkably excellent weather resistance and good blocking resistance and giving a coating film having excellent appearance by attaching fine particles of a resin having a specific function and a prescribed form to the surface of powder particles.
CONSTITUTION: The objective powder coating material contains powder particles each having fine particles of a resin [preferably fine particles of a (non- crosslinked acrylic resin] having a glass transition temperature of 50-150°C and an average particle diameter of 0.001-10μm and having ultraviolet-absorbing property or antioxidation property on at least the surface of the particle. The content of the fine particles is 0.05-20wt.% based on the total solid content of the coating material.
