Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a punch from breaking or the strain generation of a machine structure caused by the over load by outputting the punch movement stopping instruction to the punch drive stopping means when the load of punch passes over the pre-set limit value.
CONSTITUTION: When the compression is succeeded, the error voltage of an error resistor 30 is increased, the torque instruction from a correcting unit 33 is also increased rapidly. This error voltage is read with the CPU 22, the corresponding compression force is always compared with the pre-set limit value, if it passes over this limit value, the CPU 20 prints the torque limit instruction corresponding to the safe compression force to the torque limit circuit 34 through the servointerface SSU 27. Therefore, the torque which is outputted with the servo motor for driving a link is limited to the corresponding to the safe compression force, and the punch is stopped to move over then. On the result, the over load against the punch or the machine structure can be prevented.
