Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition improved in blocking property in powder storage and enabling long-term storage by blending rubbermodified thermoplastic resin powder with silicone oil and a lubricant at a specific ratio.
SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.wt. rubber modified thermoplastic resin powder having 30×10-4 to 500×10 -4cc/sec Q value and obtained by polymerizing (ii) 5-48wt.% aromatic vinyl compound with (iii) 2-45wt.% vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of (i) 50-80wt.% rubber-like polymer [components (i)+(ii)+(iii)=100wt.%] with (B) 0.001-6 pts.wt. silicone oil and (C) 0.1-20 pts.wt. lubricant and further as necessary, other thermoplastic resin other than the component A. The composition is capable of providing a molding excellent in impact resistance, gloss and molding appearance and remarkably improved in defect phenomenon of fish eye occurrence thereby.
