This gas transport device transports the powder and grain of an input hopper 7 by the transport passage 2 by taking out the powder and grain by a rotary valve 8, by putting the powder and grain of the movable storage tank 6 in the input hopper 7, by connecting the input hopper 7 to the middle of the transport passage 2 of the gas transport device via the rotary valve 8. In a powder and grain input device, in the input hopper 7, a cover plate 12 is put on an upper end opening; an inlet 13 is penetrated through the cover plate 12; a partition cylinder 31 is vertically arranged in the input hopper 7; an upper end inlet 32 of the partition cylinder 31 is connected to the inlet 13; a lower end outlet 33 of the partition cylinder 31 is faced to a lower end outlet 14 of the input hopper 7; and an exhaust port 41 is arranged in the cover plate 12. The lower end outlet of the movable storage tank 6 is inserted into the inlet 13, and the powder and grain of the movable storage tank 6 is inputted to the partition cylinder 31, and is accumulated on the partition cylinder 31 lower side in the input hopper 7 and in the partition cylinder 31.
