Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the transference of powder and granular material without leaving a large quantity of powder and granular material and without generating the clogging even in the case of transferring fine powder and grain material, large size of grain in lump material and a large quantity of powder and granular material, and to enable the transfer of multiple kinds of powder and granular materials with one transferring device to enable the economic transfer of powder and granular material.
CONSTITUTION: An adjusting body 13 connected to a vertical moving mechanism 12 is positioned in a connecting passage 8 between a floor screw conveyor 3 for transferring powder and granular material in the horizontal direction and a vertical screw conveyor 4 for transferring the powder and granular material in the vertical direction so that it can be moved in the vertical direction. Cross sectional area of the connecting passage 8 can be thereby adjusted.
