Abstract:
To provide an insulation coating excelling in its heat resistance and adapted to the insulation coating of a magnetic powder.
The insulation coating has a first insulation layer made of a first element-group comprising at least P and O, and made of second elements capable of generating cations having two or more valences whose six-coordination ion radiuses defined by Shannon are not smaller than 0.073 nm, and has a second insulation layer made of a silicone resin wherewith the first insulation layer is coated. In the insulation coat, its high heat resistance can be secured by the synergistic effect of the first and second insulation layers.
