Abstract:
To provide a compact and inexpensive powder manufacturing apparatus that is capable of efficient fine grinding and has a simple structure and functions.SOLUTION: A powder manufacturing apparatus of the invention has a rotor 3 installed in a casing 2 equipped with an outlet 12 by suction at the upper end, wherein the rotor is constituted by a hollow shell formed in a roughly drum shape in cross section, and a plurality of hollow blades radially and alternately protruding from both ends of an outer periphery surface of the shell toward the central part, and wherein the surface of each blade is attached with sandpaper, coated with an abrasive or knurled, the inside parts of the shell and blades communicate with each other, and a plurality of opened jetting ports are provided at edges of the respective blades, and air supplied from the air supply source is blown out through the air passageway formed in a rotor shaft 4 connected to the compressed air supply source via air piping, and from the blowout hole when the rotor 3 rotates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
