Abstract:
To provide a powder melting kneader in which a molten raw material does not adhere to an inlet and the raw material is properly supplied from the inlet into a barrel.SOLUTION: A powder melting kneader includes: an inlet 16 for charging thermoplastic resin powder; an outlet 17 for discharging a mixed and melt-kneaded thermoplastic resin; a tubular barrel 10 arranged between the inlet 16 and the outlet 17 and having a vent port 18 for discharging a gas mixed inside to an outside; and a screw 26 that rotates in the barrel 10 and sends the thermoplastic resin from the inlet 16 to the outlet 17. When a temperature of a first block 11 provided with the inlet 16 among a plurality of blocks 11, 12, and 13 constituting the barrel 10 is T1, and a temperature of the third block 13 provided with the outlet 17 is T3, and a temperature of the second block 12 provided with the vent port 18 is T2, a relationship of T2>T3>T1 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
