Abstract:
PURPOSE: A specific nonionic surfactant is added to fat and dissolved homogeneously and the composition is added to defatted powder milk to give said milk powder sustituent suitable for feeding cattle babies.
CONSTITUTION: At least one selected from castor oil, polyoxyethylene adduct to hydrogenated castor oil and sorbitol fatty acid esters is added to fat such as tallow in an amount ranging 5W50wt% and they are dissolved homogeneously. Then, the composition is dispersed in defatted powder milk.
