Abstract:
To provide a powder molded body manufacturing method that can efficiently manufacture a plurality of powder molded bodies in a small number of molding steps.SOLUTION: The powder molding manufacturing method comprises: a step in which using a molding device 100 comprising a lower punch 16, a metal mold die 17 that can slide with respect to the lower punch 16, and an upper punch 15 provided to be insertable into an inner space 17b of the metal mold die 17 from above, the lower punch 16 is inserted into the inner space 17b of the metal mold die 17 from below, and raw powder P and a spacer block 20 are charged into the inner space 17b of the metal mold die 17 to be alternately laminated in a vertical direction, with an upper end face 17a of the metal mold die 17 positioned upper than an upper end face 16a of the lower punch 16; a step in which the raw powder P is pressurized and compressed between the lower punch 16 and the upper punch 15 to mold powder molded bodies Q1 and Q2; and a step in which the metal mold die 17 is lowered to take out the powder molded bodies Q1 and Q2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
