Abstract:
To provide powder for molding confectionery for preparing molding confectionery which is brought into contact with an aqueous medium for being molded in a gelation molding, in more detail, powder for molding confectionery which can use various glucide sweeteners, and by which molding confectionery having strong visco elasticity similar to that of a gummy can be prepared, and to provide combination confectionery using the same powder for molding confectionery.SOLUTION: There is provided powder for molding confectionery for preparing molding confectionery which is brought into contact with an aqueous medium for being molded in a gelation molding, the powder for molding confectionery including glucide sweeteners and pregelatinized starch, the glucide sweetener has solubility of 114 g or less with respect to 100 g of water at 20°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
