Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving molding accuracy of a powder molded body by prevention of relative displacement of split molds in a vertical direction, derived from an inclination plane forming a division plane of each split mold, and improving molding accuracy of a sinter body.SOLUTION: Each of plural split molds 11, 12 comprises: a division plane 111, 121 comprising an inclination plane 1114, 1214 inclined to a displacement direction, and a pair of vertical planes 1112 and 1116, 1212 and 1216 which are connected to an upper edge and lower edge of the inclination plane 1114, 1214, and which are vertical to the displacement direction; and a molding planes 112, 122 for defining a cavity 100. The plural split molds 11, 12 contact mutually, on the pair of vertical planes 1112, 1116 and 1212, 1216 on the division plane 111, 121, and mutually contacts in a mutually separated state at an interval d included in a range of 1-30 μm on the inclination plane 1114, 1214, thereby forming the cavity 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
