Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder processing device and a powder processing method capable of improving a tap density and capable of improving circularity.SOLUTION: A powder processing device includes: a casing; a raw material supply part which supplies raw material into the casing; a powder processing part which has a rotary disk provided in the casing and a hammer provided on a peripheral part of the rotary disk and applies a mechanical energy of shock, compression, milling, shear or the like to the supplied raw material according to rotation of the hammer to produce processed powder; a fine powder removal part which is provided in the casing, contains a classification rotor having a plurality of blade parts and a driving part for rotating and driving the classification rotor, causes fine powder of predetermined particle size or less, of the raw material and/or the processed powder to selectively pass when the classification rotor is rotated and removes the fine powder caused to pass through the classification rotor from the interior of the casing. Therein, a liner which assumes a cylinder shape surrounding the circumference of the rotary disc and forms a groove elongated on a circumferential direction is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
