Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the volume of a powder and supply it by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A powder quantitative feeder according to an embodiment includes a measuring plate which is provided with a through hole for measuring the volume of a powder and having one opening end as an inlet of the powder and the other opening end as an outlet of the powder, a moving mechanism, a closing plate, a powder supply unit, and powder discharge means. The moving mechanism moves the measuring plate. The closing plate closes the outlet of the measuring plate when the through hole of the measuring plate reaches at least a powder filling position by driving the moving mechanism. The powder supply unit fills the powder into the through hole from the inlet when the through hole of the measuring plate reaches the powder filling position. The powder discharge means discharges the powder, filled in the through hole, from the outlet when the through hole of the measuring plate is at a position different from the powder filling position and the outlet is not closed by the closing plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
