In this device, at least one combination of filters 5 and 6 is suspended in a main body frame 1 so as to make a pendulum movement in front of an air sucking device 11. The filters 5 and 6 can be oscillated by an oscillation imparting means 10. In the filter 6, fine flocking is stuffed on a substrate cloth. With such an originally designed filter, the expensive powder coating material can be collected without mixing foreign matters almost at 100% probability.
