PURPOSE: To improve quality of multi-layer sintered alloy, etc., by preventing 2 different powders from being mixed up with each other in such a manner that 1 of the different kinds of powders is weighed by a slider between top surface of a slider and a hopper and the other kind of powder is also weighed by a slider between the slider's bottom surface and a forming die's top surface.

CONSTITUTION: A hopper 12 is filled with No.1 powder A so that inside of No.1 chamber 3 below is filled with the powder, and No.2 chamber 4 is filled with No.2 powder B. A slider 2 is moved forward to remove excessive amount of the powder of No.1 chamber 3 between the slider's top surface and the hopper 12. And then, while a previously compressed powdery body 15 is pushed to the left, No.1 chamber 3 is stopped on the top of a cavity 7. And after lowering a punch 13 and forming a cavity 7a, a prescribed volume of No.1 powder A is pushed downward. And then, by shifting No.2 chamber 4 and filling it with falling No.2 powder B, excessive volume of the powder is removed by moving the slider 2 backward. And then, the powder is compressed by top and bottom punches 13 and 14 to make a compressed body 15.
