This allows scratching off the powder remaining attached to the internal circumferential surface of the starting vessel 2, and the scratched powder can be transported into the destination vessel 3 through the pipe 4. This enables removing the powder remaining attached to the internal circumferential surface of the starting vessel 2 in a short time, and the working efficiency of powder transportation from the starting vessel 2 to the destination vessel 3 can be enhanced.
