To enhance the working efficiency of powder transportation from a starting vessel from which transportation is made to a vessel as the destination by quickly removing the powder attached to the internal circumferential surface of the starting vessel.
The powder transport device with its associated arrangement is structured so that the powder in the starting vessel 2 is transported to the destination vessel 3 through a pipe 3 and spiral swirls are generated from a spiral swirl generation part 5. This allows scratching off the powder remaining attached to the internal circumferential surface of the starting vessel 2, and the scratched powder can be transported into the destination vessel 3 through the pipe 4. This enables removing the powder remaining attached to the internal circumferential surface of the starting vessel 2 in a short time, and the working efficiency of powder transportation from the starting vessel 2 to the destination vessel 3 can be enhanced.
