To provide a powder vibration transport device of low cost capable of reducing scattering of powder falling from a powder discharge port and capable of accurately measuring discharge amount of the powder, and to provide a powdered medicine packing machine using the powder vibration transport device.SOLUTION: A powder vibration transport device comprises: a vibration table having a nearly flat-plate shape on which powder transported by vibration is mounted; a support body whose one end is connected to a front lower side in a powder transport direction of the vibration table; a piezoelectric vibration part whose one end is connected to a rear upper side in the powder transport direction of the vibration table; and a base which is connected to the other end of the support body and further connected to the other end of the piezoelectric vibration part. A powdered medicine packing machine uses the powder vibration transport device as a powdered medicine discharge device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
