Abstract:
To obtain a powdery cement dispersing agent composition which requires no drying and pulverizing, thus can economically and easily be produced, and can impart excellent fluidity and initial strength to a cement composition obtained by using the same.
An aqueous solution of a specified water soluble vinyl copolymer, porous silica fine powder, and a defoaming agent are mixed in prescribed ratios, respectively.
