To prevent powder dust from being ejected from a charging port of a valved packaging bag when the valved packaging bag is filled with powdered materials charged by a powdered material filling apparatus.

A powdered material filling pipe 4 has a double structure comprising an inner cylinder 4b forming part (forward end) of a powdered material feed pipe 4a through which powdered materials are pneumatically fed, and an outer cylinder 4d fixed to the outer diametral surface of the inner cylinder 4b with the aid of spacers 4c which are small pieces. A plurality of spacers 4c are provided between an outer wall face of the inner cylinder 4b and an inner wall face of the outer cylinder 4d at their forward and rear ends, respectively, and a predetermined gap between both the cylinders 4b, 4d is set in a peripheral direction. An annular space defined by the gap between the outer diametral surface of the inner cylinder 4b and the inner diametral surface of the outer cylinder 4d serves as an air communication hole for air flow. Notches 4f formed as long oval-shaped through-holes are formed in the outer cylinder 4d along the axial direction X thereof, and a plurality of notches 4f are provided through the outer cylinder 4d predetermined intervals in the peripheral direction thereof. A powdered material outlet 4h, whose lower face is notched and in which an outlet port 4i is opened in the lower face, is mounted to the forward end of the inner cylinder 4b.
