Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery extinguishing agent sprayer capable of coping with both metal fire and B fire.SOLUTION: In a powdery extinguishing agent sprayer that ejects and sprays a powdery extinguishing agent with which a container body is filled, from an ejection hose 8 by a lever operation, a horn 11 incorporating a butterfly valve 10 is attached to a nozzle 7 provided at the tip of the ejection hose 8, and a flow rate of the powdery extinguishing agent that flows in the horn 11 is adjusted by changing the aperture of the butterfly valve 10. In the case of metal fire, the flow rate of the powdery extinguishing agent is adjusted to a flow rate suitable for metal fire, and in the case of B fire, the flow rate is adjusted to a flow rate suitable for B fire, easily and reliably in both cases, thereby coping with both metal fire and B fire.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
