Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery and granular material supplying facility capable of making the thickness and the density distribution of a powdery and granular material uniform in the belt width direction and lengthwise direction, effectively conducting a relieving effect, suppressing its gravity separation and preventing a scattering unevenness.
SOLUTION: The powdery and granular material supplying facility comprises a diffusing means 10 for diffusing a powdery and granular material 1 obtained by mixing a fiber material with the powder particles in the width direction to a conveying belt for conveying the material 1, a supply amount regulating means 11 for once storing the material 1 diffused in the width direction of the belt by the means 10 and regulating the supply amount to a set amount, and a material relieving means 5 for supplying the material 1 onto the belt while relieving the material 1 regulated at the supply amount by the means 11.
