To provide a simple structure and to suppress scattering of powdery granule during filling.
A funnel tube 3 is provided on the tip side of a hopper storing the powdery granule. An auger screw 4 is provided in the funnel tube 3, and a cone member 11 is provided on its tip. The cone member 11 is formed into an approximately counter shape with a taper part 12 and a reverse taper part 13. On the outer periphery of the funnel tube 3, a shutter sleeve 15 is removably provided through a shield bush 16. The shutter sleeve 15 moves forward and backward to open and close an opening part 17 between the reverse taper part 13. The angle of slope β of a nozzle part 15b is made larger than the angle of slope γ of the reverse taper part 13. When the opening part 17 is enclosed, the tip edge of the nozzle part 15b comes into contact with the reverse taper part 13. When the opening part 17 is opened, the powdery granule is suppressed to spread by the nozzle part 15b and falls down.
