CONSTITUTION: A funnel-shaped diaphragm member 2 is set up inside a receptacle 1 making up a spraying device body, then a rotary plate 3 driven by a motor 6 is set up in the lower part of an opening part 2a of the diaphram member 2 via a little clearance, and thereby the inside of the receptacle 1 is partitioned into two parts, a material storage chamber 4 and a discharge chamber 5. A scraper 9 is attached to a rotary shaft 8 of the rotary plate 3. In addition, on the opening part side wall of the diaphragm member 2, at least one material discharge port 14 is formed, which is covered by a door body 15 driven to go up and down by a motor 18. And, the upper empty space of the material storage chamber 4 and the discharge chamber 5 are interconnected with each other through a pressure qualizing passage 22 whereby suction and discharge phenomena due to a pressure imbalance between both these chambers 4 and 5 in time of stoppage of a device can be prevented.
