NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [formula II represents heteroaryl; R represents (substituted)aryl lower alkyl; R1WR3 represent H, halogen, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, (monosubstituted) amino or disubstituted amino; R4 represents H or lower alkyl; X represents lower alkylene; n is 1 or 2] and acid addition salts thereof.
EXAMPLE: N-[[4-(4-Fluorobenzyl)-2-morphorinyl]methyl]-1,2-benzisoxazole-3-car boxamide.
USE: An agent for hyperergasia of digestive tube.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound expressed by formula III or reactive derivative thereof is reacted with a compound expressed by formula IV, as necessary, in the presence of a solvent (example; benzene or diethyl ether), and, as required, in the presence of a base (example; sodium hydrogen carbonate), preferably at -10W150°C.
