To extract power by reciprocating a movable magnet using attraction force and repulsion force generated by the combination of permanent magnets and by continuously rotating a crankshaft.
A gas cylinder part 2-1 comprising a guide cylinder 3-1, a movable permanent magnet 4-1, a one-side attraction/repulsion permanent magnet 5-1, and an other-side attraction/repulsion permanent magnet 6-1 is provided. A crankshaft 8 converting reciprocal movement of the movable permanent magnet into rotational movement is provided. A connecting rod 10-1 transmitting the reciprocal movement of the movable permanent magnet to the crankshaft is provided. A phase change mechanism 12-1 for changing phases of magnetic poles of the other-side attraction/repulsion permanent magnet and the one-side attraction/repulsion permanent magnet facing the magnetic poles of the movable permanent magnet is provided. By changing the magnetic poles of the other-side attraction/repulsion permanent magnet and the one-side attraction/repulsion permanent magnet facing the magnetic poles of the movable permanent magnet to the phases of the same pole and the different poles or the different poles and the same pole by the phase change mechanism, the movable permanent magnet is reciprocated by the generated attraction force and the repulsion force to rotate the crankshaft.
