To provide an electric power equilibrium control type power system for vehicle having simple constitution and capable of restraining voltage fluctuation of a power line even when electric equipment hard to control electric power is connected to the power line.

Generated output including external electric power, consumption power and charge and discharge electric power are balanced by regarding a difference between authorized electric power instructed to an electric equipment group and actual electric power of this electric equipment group as it belongs to this electric equipment group and as electric power (external electric power) of the electric equipment which is not controlled in the electric power nor detected in the actual electric power. Consequently, it is possible to decrease the voltage fluctuation.
