CONSTITUTION: A current transformer 20 as an overcurrent detection means and a current measuring means, an earth leakage detection means 21, an open- circuit detection means 22 for the neutral line of single-phase three wires, a main circuit power bearing switch 23, sub circuit power breaker switches 24-31, an earthquake sensing equipment 33 for detecting vibration, and a control means 34 for operating the switches 23-31 by a signal from the earthquake sensing equipment 33 are provided in a power distribution panel 32. Then, the control means 34 breaks only a circuit where at least a specific current flows out of a plurality of power breaking switches 23-31 by detecting earthquake vibration or the destruction of a house with at least a tremor with an intensity of 6 on the Japanese seven-stage seismic scale from the signal of the earthquake sensing equipment 33, thus centrally and efficiently breaking power in the building when an earthquake occurs.
