This circuit is provided with a rectifier circuit 3 connected to a commercial power supply 1, a 1st switching means 2 provided between the power supply 1 and the circuit 3, a control circuit part 6 including a remote control receiving circuit part connected to the circuit 3 through a smoothing capacitor 4, at least one auxiliary power supply 7 feeding power to the part 6, a diode 8 for directly feeding power to the part 6 from the power supply 1 when power is inputted, a serial circuit of a capacitor 9 for start and a 2nd switching means 10 for discharging charge of the capacitor 9 for start, the means 2 in a remote control standby mode off state is subjected to on control by the part 6 in accordance with charge discharge of the capacitor 9 for start, and the part 6 is switched from auxiliary power supply driving to commercial power supply driving.
