Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control an output voltage of a charge pump circuit at a constant voltage.SOLUTION: A control current Icont4 that is an output current of a control current generation circuit 203 is a differential current I1-I2=Idiff between a current I1 of a first current source NT1 whose current magnitude varies on the basis of a difference between an output voltage Vout of a charge pump circuit 101 and a reference voltage Vref, and a current I2 of a second current source NT2 whose current magnitude varies on the basis of the difference between the output voltage Vout of the charge pump circuit 101 and the reference voltage Vref and varies at a different rate from the first current source NT1. The control current generation circuit 203 is configured to control at least one switch SW12 or SW22 of the charge pump circuit 101 with the control current Icont4.
