Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to implement "improvement of power generation efficiency" and the like by, for example, making received power be equal to or larger than predetermined transmitted power, by a plant on the reception side receiving power before a plant on the transmission side starts power transmission or while it performs power transmission.SOLUTION: A power control system includes: a power transmission side plant 3 for transmitting power from a power generation apparatus 2 to a power system G; and a power reception side plant 4 for receiving power from the power system G. The power reception side plant 4 receives power from the power system G before the power transmission side plant 3 starts power transmission to the power system G or while it performs power transmission, where received power P4 received by the power reception side plant 4 is equal to or larger than predetermined transmitted power P3 transmitted by the power transmission side plant 3. When a controller 5 notifies the power transmission side plant 3 of a limitation command C for making the transmitted power P3 be equal to or lower than a limit value C', the power reception side plant 4 may be made to receive the received power P4 equal to or larger than the transmitted power P3 exceeding the limit value C' before power transmission by the power transmission side plant 3 is made to start or while power transmission is made.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
